Isabel provides executive support to the Managing Directors and wider team. With a background in executive assistance and project coordination, she ensures smooth day-to-day operations, streamlines communication, and supports the business in delivering its strategic objectives.

Kiran has worked on commercial and residential projects from inception and pre-construction through to completion and handover. With experience across both private and public sector developments as a Planning and Development Surveyor, Kiran brings a problem-solving approach with a strong focus on collaboration and relationship management.

Rosanna is a Chartered Surveyor with over eight years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining NPP, she worked in JLL’s Healthcare Valuation Team, advising operators, investors, and lenders on valuation and risk across healthcare subsectors. Her specialist sector knowledge enables her to source and underwrite investment opportunities, support deal execution and contribute to the company’s broader business development initiatives. 

Connor has several years’ experience within the property industry, specialising in identifying and delivering higher alternative-use strategies for properties. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Kasia brings extensive experience as an Office Assistant within the property development sector. She supports daily office operations and provides reliable assistance to project, operations, and leadership teams, helping maintain an organised and positive working environment.

With a background in creative digital media, Sam combines operational management with digital innovation. He oversees site access, conditions, and compliance across the portfolio, while producing immersive 360° virtual tours through his photography and editing expertise.

Mario has worked as a Building Surveyor, Employer’s Agent, and Project Manager across a variety of construction projects, ranging from refurbishments to large-scale new builds and infrastructure developments. He brings broad industry experience and practical expertise to project delivery.

Juan brings extensive project management experience within the construction industry, having delivered a range of complex projects across the UK and internationally. His focus on efficiency, precision, and quality enables him to maintain strong attention to detail and consistently drive projects to successful completion.

Tracey is a Design Manager with a passion for creating functional, safe, and inspiring spaces. She works closely with project teams and architects to deliver high-quality homes and educational environments within the childcare sector, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and thoughtful design.

Stuart brings over 20 years’ experience in operations, service, and contract management within the telecommunications industry. Combining a practical, hands-on approach with an understanding of property development, he contributes a broad range of operational skills to the team.

Louis has over 30 years’ experience as a Commercial Manager, working across a wide range of projects and sectors. His expertise lies in the operational and commercial delivery of projects, ensuring effective cost management and successful outcomes. He has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building since 2014.

Mick brings over 25 years’ experience delivering complex projects across the retail, residential, and care sectors, both nationally and internationally. Known for his structured, systems-driven approach, he combines technical expertise with a strong focus on collaboration and team development to deliver high-quality outcomes. He places client relationships at the centre of his work, ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, trust, and consistency from concept through to completion.

Chris brings significant experience in property acquisition, with a focus on transactions and operational delivery. He is highly experienced in due diligence, covering legal, financial, and compliance aspects to support successful project execution.

Nick works within the investment team, supporting acquisitions, fund analysis, and portfolio strategy. He specialises in financial modelling and brings a background in property investment and management consulting.

Preeti has extensive experience in accounting and auditing and is an Accounts Technician with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She holds a Diploma in IFRS and is currently pursuing ACCA qualification. Preeti supports all aspects of the company’s financial activities, applying strong technical knowledge and practical experience to the finance function.

Robert is a qualified FCCA accountant with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has worked across a range of investment management and development companies, bringing extensive expertise in statutory accounts, VAT and CIS reporting, consolidated financial statements, and financial planning and analysis.

Michelle is a qualified FCCA with over two decades of experience in the real estate sector. She leads the firm’s financing and accounting functions, overseeing financial management and reporting across the business. Prior to joining NPP, Michelle worked with various private equity funds, consistently delivering strong performance across all aspects of her roles.

Vanessa leads the investment team, overseeing acquisitions, valuations, refinancing, and portfolio strategy. She specialises in social impact real estate, with a decade of investment experience in specialist care. Prior to joining NPP, Vanessa spent six years at a Main Market–listed REIT focused on supported specialist housing. She began her career developing financial models for public infrastructure and energy investments, providing a strong analytical foundation to her investment work.

Mark is a qualified fund manager and corporate financier with over 25 years of transactional experience. He leads the firm’s growth strategy, building on established relationships while expanding the portfolio, services, and client base.

Simon brings extensive experience across both domestic and international real estate markets, specialising in strategic planning, negotiation, and business development. He plays a key role in driving growth opportunities and supporting the long-term strategic direction of the business.

James has held senior management roles within the licensed and retail sectors, bringing extensive experience in operational leadership and business development. He specialises in building and developing high-performing teams and fostering strong client relationships, ensuring consistently high standards of service and delivery across the business.
