Comprehensive alteration and refurbishment of a property to create a high-specification care home for six young people, completed within 12 weeks. Works included reconfiguring the internal layout, converting the garage into habitable space, and renewing all electrical and mechanical systems. A fire alarm system with emergency lighting and fire doors were installed. The property was fully redecorated with new floor coverings, while external works included repairs, new cladding, rendering, and replacement windows.
