Alteration and refurbishment of a property to create a high-specification residential care home for four young people, completed within 12 weeks. Works included internal reconfiguration, full redecoration, and converting the garage into office and games room space. All electrical and mechanical systems were renewed, and a fire alarm system with emergency lighting and fire doors was installed.
