Refurbishment of a property to create a bespoke children’s home for four young people, completed within 12 weeks. Works included internal reconfiguration with a new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and a modified staircase. All electrical and mechanical systems were renewed and a fire alarm system with emergency lighting and fire doors was installed. The property was fully redecorated, with remodeled access and parking and an upgraded garden.
