Alteration and refurbishment of a property to create a high-specification children’s home. Works included renewing all electrical and mechanical systems and installing a fire alarm system with emergency lighting and fire doors. The property was fully redecorated and provides four children’s bedrooms, a staff sleep-in room, a games room, an office, and multiple communal areas. Access routes and parking were upgraded, and the rear garden was enhanced for residents’ use.
