Alteration and refurbishment of a property to create a high-specification residential care home for six young people. Works included internal layout changes, the addition of bathrooms, and renewing all electrical and mechanical systems. A fire alarm system with emergency lighting and fire doors was installed. The property provides an office, games room, sensory room, two therapy rooms, and multiple communal areas, and was fully redecorated with an upgraded garden.
