Alteration and refurbishment of a property to create a residential care home for five young people. Works included renewing all electrical and mechanical systems, and installing a fire alarm system with emergency lighting and fire doors. The property was fully redecorated and provides four children’s bedrooms, a staff sleep-in room, a games room, an office, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a utility room. Access routes and parking were upgraded, and the rear garden was enhanced for residents’ use.
