Renovation of a derelict Grade II Listed Centre, vacant since 2020 and heavily vandalised. In collaboration with Historic England and the Twentieth Century Society, the project included a full internal refurbishment, new roof, upgraded HVAC system, and window restoration to preserve the building’s heritage and functionality. Following a complex restoration, the SEN school has capacity for 60 children with SEMH and provides 12 classrooms, including a therapy room, teaching kitchen, science room, and gym. The heating system was upgraded, eliminating gas reliance, windows and doors restored and HVAC systems installed in all classrooms.
