The project involved the alteration and refurbishment of a former care home to create a school for 30 pupils. Works included internal layout changes. The property was fully redecorated and fixtrues and fittings were upgraded, floor coverings were replaced where specified, and external areas were upgraded. Two new external pod classrooms were installed to expand teaching facilities.
