Alteration and refurbishment of a property to create a children’s residential care home with associated schooling facilities. Works included minor internal layout changes, full redecoration, and renewing all electrical and mechanical systems. A fire alarm system with emergency lighting and fire doors was installed. Externally, elevations were reclad with render, garden areas were upgraded, a level terrace and new concrete path were added, and car parking and driveways were improved.
