Vanessa Tyler
Vanessa has worked in investment management and financial services for over 8 years including 6 years managing transactions in the specialist housing and care sector. She is also experienced in building and running fund financial models.

Michelle Brace
Michelle is a qualified FCCA with over 16 years of experience in Real Estates. She is responsible for the firm’s financing and accounting functions. Prior to joining NPP, she has worked with a variety of Assets Investments Funds and delivered outstanding performances in all aspects of her roles.
Finance Assistant
Preeti Sheth
Preeti comes with over 6 year experience in Accounting & Auditing. She is an Accounts Technician from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. She holds a Diploma in IFRS and is currently pursuing ACCA. She utilises her knowledge and past experience to assist with all aspects of company’s financial activities.

Tracey Wood
Tracey has worked in office space and building management industry with responsibility for the refurbishment, maintenance, H&S compliance and smooth running of multiple sites with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

Julian Caulder
Julian has delivered projects across UK and South Africa, over his 30+ years of project work. His experience is in Leisure, Retail, Office, Airport and Mixed-use developments. He has worked for SIP Partnership in South Africa, and UK with EC Harris, Ridge and Partners in consultancy.
Operations Manager
Stuart Wheal
Stuart has 20 years’ experience in Operations, Service and Contract Management within the Telecommunications industry. Along with a hands-on practical approach and understanding of property development he brings a broad spectrum of skills to the team.
Project Manager
Juan Sunkel
Juan brings several years of experience in Project Management in the construction industry. Juan has worked on international projects and across multiple sites in the South of the UK focusing on efficiency and detail.
Quantity Surveyor
Louis Lingard
Louis has been a Quantity Surveyor for 20 years, with experience of working on a wide variety of projects within multiple sectors. Louis’ passion lies in the operational side of commercial delivery of projects and has been a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building since 2014.
Operations Coordinator
Sam Spencer
Sam comes to us with an extensive background in creative digital media providing 360 Virtual Tours of all our sites, which he shoots and edits himself. More recently he has also qualified as an energy performance assessor for commercial properties.

Nick Clampett
Nick has worked in real estate development for two years, with a background in consulting and corporate development. He is experienced in managing acquisitions and running financial models.

Sophie brings logistical and creative experience to the Nine Points team. Her responsibilities include supporting our executive team, marketing, business development and office administration.

Mick has delivered projects for over 25 years, within retail, residential and the care sector both nationally and internationally. Passionate about creating high quality, well designed and considered buildings. Applying a methodical and system led approach across multi site program delivery.

Mario Valerio
Mario has previously worked as a Building Surveyor, Employers Agent and Project Manager in the Construction Industry for several years. Working on various projects ranging from simple refurbishments, to large scale new builds and large scale infrastructure projects bringing a varied range of experience from the construction industry.
In-House Counsel
Taran Kaur
Taran is a qualified lawyer with over 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Commercial law. In the past she has worked for a major energy company and most recently a children services provider. Taranwill be providing legal support to the various parts of the business and advising on whole spectrum of legal matters that apply to NPP.
