Michelle is a qualified FCCA with over 16 years of experience in Real Estates. She is responsible for the firm’s financing and accounting functions. Prior to joining NPP, she has worked with a variety of Assets Investments Funds and delivered outstanding performances in all aspects of her roles.

Louis has been a Quantity Surveyor for 20 years, with experience of working on a wide variety of projects within multiple sectors. Louis’ passion lies in the operational side of commercial delivery of projects and has been a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building since 2014.

Stuart has 20 years’ experience in Operations, Service and Contract Management within the Telecommunications industry. Along with a hands-on practical approach and understanding of property development he brings a broad spectrum of skills to the team.

Tracey has worked in office space and building management industry with responsibility for the refurbishment, maintenance, H&S compliance and smooth running of multiple sites with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

Juan brings several years of experience in Project Management in the construction industry. Juan has worked on international projects and across multiple sites in the South of the UK focusing on efficiency and detail.

Mario has previously worked as a Building Surveyor, Employers Agent and Project Manager in the Construction Industry for several years. Working on various projects ranging from simple refurbishments, to large scale new builds and large scale infrastructure projects bringing a varied range of experience from the construction industry.

Preeti comes with over 6 year experience in Accounting & Auditing. She is an Accounts Technician from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. She holds a Diploma in IFRS and is currently pursuing ACCA. She utilises her knowledge and past experience to assist with all aspects of company’s financial activities.

Sam comes to us with an extensive background in creative digital media providing 360 Virtual Tours of all our sites, which he shoots and edits himself. More recently he has also qualified as an energy performance assessor for commercial properties.

Kasia has worked as an Office Assistant in property development for the last 16 years.
She brings a wealth of experience in maintaining daily office operations and is providing support to Projects & Operations Teams.

Connor brings years of experience in

higher alternative use strategies for properties. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and is a member of the of the Chartered Management Institute.
